Shared fiber is fine for most offices, restaurants, retail, and clinics. DIA is worth quoting when uptime, symmetrical speed, static IPs, or an SLA matter more than monthly cost. If you are not sure, send the address and we will compare both when they are realistic.
Shared fiber is usually 2 to 4 weeks when infrastructure already exists. Dedicated fiber runs 45 to 120 days depending on permits and construction. Starlink and fixed wireless are often 1 to 2 weeks.
